RouteReady currently operates within Riverview, Florida. Pickups are scheduled along neighborhood routes within the Riverview area. If you are unsure whether your address is within our service area, contact us before booking. Bookings outside Riverview may be canceled and refunded.

Items should be ready and accessible at the beginning of the selected pickup window, ideally at an easy-to-reach pickup location such as a porch or similar agreed-upon spot. If you prefer a handoff or garage pickup, please let RouteReady know before your scheduled pickup window.
RouteReady is not responsible for delays or incomplete pickups caused by items not being ready, not being accessible, or not matching the booking details provided by the customer.

If your booking includes multiple destinations, please label items clearly by destination, such as UPS, Target, Donation, or E-Waste. A sticky note or simple handwritten label is fine. If items are not labeled and the destination is unclear, RouteReady may contact you before completing the drop-off.

Customers are responsible for providing the return label, QR code, receipt, barcode, or other required return information needed to complete a return. If the required information is not provided, RouteReady may be unable to complete the return.
For some Target returns originally purchased with debit, Target may issue a cash refund at the store rather than refunding directly to the original payment method. If that occurs, RouteReady will send the refund amount to the client electronically after the return is completed.
RouteReady is not responsible for failed or delayed returns caused by missing labels, missing QR codes, incorrect return details, or other incomplete customer-provided information.

RouteReady does not transport hazardous materials, oversized furniture, appliances, cash, or high-value items. If you are unsure about an item, contact RouteReady before booking.
RouteReady may decline any item that is unsafe, unclear, or outside the scope of the service.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before their pickup window. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup window may not be eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation or reschedule, contact RouteReady by text or email as soon as possible.Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued when a booking is canceled at least 12 hours before the pickup window. Bookings canceled within 12 hours of the pickup window are generally non-refundable. If RouteReady is unable to complete a pickup because required return information is missing, item labeling is unclear, or the address is outside the service area, the booking may be canceled or adjusted, and a full or partial refund may be issued at RouteReady’s discretion. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. -
Customers will receive booking confirmation after scheduling. RouteReady may also send reminder and route timing updates by text or email. Customers are responsible for providing a valid phone number and contact information at booking.
