Service Area
RouteReady currently operates within Riverview, Florida. Pickups are scheduled along neighborhood routes within the Riverview area. If you are unsure whether your address is within our service area, contact us before booking.
Bookings outside of Riverview may be cancelled and refunded.
Pickup Guidelines

Please have items ready by the beginning of your selected pickup window. Returns should include the required label, QR code, bar code, or receipt. Donations and e-waste should be grouped together and easy to access.

If your booking includes multiple destinations, please label items clearly by destination, such as UPS, Target, Donation, or E-Waste.

RouteReady does not transport hazardous materials, oversized furniture, appliances, cash, or high-value items.

Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the pickup window. Cancellations made within 12 hours may not be eligible for a refund. If RouteReady cannot complete a pickup because required return information is missing, item labeling is unclear, or the address is outside the service area, the booking may be canceled or adjusted, and a full or partial refund may be issued at RouteReady’s discretion.
